Despite the tremendous growth of higher education in China, persistent social obstacles make it difficult for college graduates to obtain employment. Employment quality is a key determinant nation's level economic development and prosperity. The expansion employment theory dialogue among Chinese students aided by discussion on how accurately boost private graduates. goal this survey do exploratory factor analysis employer satisfaction model established colleges. This directed toward employers who recruit from schools colleges with over 20,000 pupils. 500 questionnaires were mailed out, 462 returned, ineligible samples deleted, leaving 451 valid an effective sampling rate 90.2%. article uses SPSS demonstrate empirically based expectation confirmation employability. It demonstrates that enhancing employability one most successful strategies satisfaction. study will perspectives three levels government, schools, students. sample size chosen still somewhat little, structure's reasoning relatively weak. Due their hectic schedules, vast majority decline participate survey, resulting enormous burden scale collectors.
